Who we are
This website is operated by PRLX, an independent research team. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us:
- Contact form. Your name, email address, organisation if you give one, the topic you choose and your message.
- Email. Whatever you include when you write to us directly.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Technical data
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. When you send the contact form we record the country your request came from, as reported by Cloudflare, to help us filter spam.
How we use it
We use what you send only to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't add you to mailing lists.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the contact form.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
These providers may store data in other countries. We use them only to operate this website and our email.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation it belongs to, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
